House rules

-Absolutely no smoking -Report Any Damages Immediately -Please keep dirty and muddy shoes off house rugs and furniture -Please do not set AC below 70 degrees, will freeze coils. Must adjust units the same or will compete against each other. -Please Only Use Toilet Paper. No flushable items, paper towels, feminine items, etc. -Charges for any damage or missing items (cookware, serveware, towels, sporting equipment, etc) -house ran on limited propane. Please remember to turn off oven, bbq, and hot tub when not in use. Extra fee for excessive propane use. -ONLY tennis shoes on court. No wheels (scooters, roller skates, skate boards etc) No tables, chairs or high heels. Anything other than tennis shoes will mark up pickleball court. -HOT TUB- cover must be on and locked at all times, unless adult is in the hot tub. Must unlatch ALL 4 latches (2 in front and 2 in back) before removing cover, or back latches will break. Must return cover, latch ALL 4 latches, and lock after use. -GOLF- clubs and bucket of balls available. Please return all clubs and retrieve balls. $50 charge if balls are not retrieved

This home was absolutely perfect. The pictures don’t do justice, it’s more beautiful in person! We had our wedding here and all of our guests kept complimenting on how beautiful the location was. Thank you for hosting us!

We loved our stay at Christine’s barndominium! We had a large group and we all loved it there. Absolutely stunning views and so so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful home that was very cozy and perfect for our weekend! The lake was stunning as well, we took a walk to it and we spent a lot of time out back! We loved the big couch and tv and all of the space in the home too!
